The luxury Mazagan Beach Hotel and Resort in El Jadida will host the Med It Technology Conference on September 24-25, 2019. Med-It is an International Exhibition on Information Technologies that has been active in Morocco since 2009. The expo will showcase innovative technologies and bring together thousands of CIOs, CISOs, business managers, project managers, innovation and marketing directors.
In 2018, Med It Technology was hosted near Rabat and brought together 3000 IT decision-makers, 100 exhibitors, 30 conferences, and facilitated 1000 meetings. This year the exhibitors will share their newest solutions in Cloud, Big Data, Security, Storage, Networks & Telecom, and Mobility. The IT sector is one of the fastest-growing in the Moroccan economy. According to a study by the Med-IT organization, the IT sector has been estimated to be worth 42 billion MAD and with the employment of over 32,000 people. The conference will also host a series of workshops and roundtable discussions. The “One to One” discussions will advise participants where to get targeted resources to grow and what suppliers to contact.
The Med It Technology is organized by Antenna of Tunisia Export in Morocco. The company assists Moroccan importers and distributors at B2B meetings with Tunisian exporters and manufacturers. Tunisia Export also provides information on export opportunities to Morocco and provides trade agreements between Tunisian and Moroccan exporters, industrialists, young promoters, international trading companies.
El Jadida is a port city on the Atlantic Coast of Morocco. The city has a long history with the Portuguese. It was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004.
