M Avenue is the up and coming hot district in Marrakech. Located just a few kilometers outside of the city center, M avenue will offer visitors a multi-dimensional space along with it 500 m long boulevard. It will be the first private avenue open to the public and connects the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel and Menara Gardens to the Palais des Congrès. Visitors can expect a variety of fine dining options, over 120 shops, and boutiques, well being clinics, and regular events at the M2 Exhibition Center M Beb.
Designed by architect Didier Lefort, interior designer Igor Rebosio and landscaper Patrice Marchal, M Avenue is being built with the intention of a new lifestyle destination in Marrakech. It will combine a unique blend of hotels, residences, offices, businesses, restaurants, cafés, art galleries, theaters, exhibition venues, clinics, and grandes écoles. Eight-six private Four Season residences and Sixty-Five luxury M residences are in construction.
The project investment, approximately one billion dirhams is supported by the Downtown Hotel Corporation (DHC), a real estate development company with a unique concept in Marrakech and Morocco.
