Mounir Brouksi, co-owner of Marrakech’s trendy vegan lunch spot will launch an Organic farm. Prepped and ready to open its doors this April 2019, Brouksi’s organic farm will have an onsite cafe and continue the ethos of Gaia’s cleaner living movement. Prompted by the need for more holistic living amenities, his vision includes yoga classes, permaculture workshops, live music and other community building events.
