Airbnb has extended its offerings by creating Airbnb Luxe, a new service that provides vacationers access to the most luxurious and unique properties in the world. Castles, entire villages, private islands, high-end villas, and palaces – if the customer can dream it, Airbnb Luxe can make it possible. Morocco has been recognized as one of the world’s most exotic and premier destinations. It also has some of the world’s most architecturally pleasing accommodations: kasbahs, palaces, private villas, and estates set in mountains or in palmeries. Inspired by this, AirbnbLuxe created the Luxe Marrakech listing.

Currently, there are 24 Luxe Marrakech properties available for rent. These include palm-lined villas near the Atlas Mountains, entire estates decorated with 5-star contemporary Moroccan furniture and royal size outdoor swimming pools.

The most extravagant listing on the LuxeMarrakech site is a regal, fully staffed estate with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The property is surrounded by a garden gazebo, well-stocked poolside wet bar, on-site spa and hammam, and floor to ceiling library. The accommodation experience also includes being greeted with fresh groceries, a butler, housekeeping, and a private chef. The property is listed at $11,968 USD per night. It is set on a massive green space. Visitors will feel like they are a world away from the city center yet the UNESCO World Heritage Jemma El Fna square and the medina are only a short drive away.

Airbnb Luxe was built on the company’s knowledge in luxury travel gained from its acquisition of Luxury Retreats in 2017. Airbnb Luxe is available on 6 continents. Each handpicked luxe property is strictly evaluated on 300+ criteria. These include design elements, the use of the most premium materials, unique and rare finishes, high-grade appliances, and one of a kind locations. In Africa, Airbnb Luxe is also present in Cape Town.
