The Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca will receive an award at the ACI Excellence Global Summit ceremony in Bali this September 2nd-5th. ACI measures customer satisfaction for customer service and an Airport Service Quality report released on April 6th shows that the Casablanca Airport, a main hub connecting the world with Africa, offers some of the best airport customer service on the continent. In 2018 the Casablanca Mohammed Aiport was ranked one of the world’s worst airports. Since then the airport and the Moroccan National Office of Airports (ONDA) reviewed feedback and worked to make improvements. The ACI award is intended to recognize the continuous efforts of ONDA to ensure Morocco’s airports meet the International Organization for Standardization.
