The Michelin-star chef at the helm is Massimiliano Alajmo who is often referred to by many food critics as “the Mozart of Italian cuisine.” Alajmo has created a menu inspired by the world around Using local produce to create a simple, gourmet and home-made dishes his delightful flavors will entice both the foodie and the luxury diner.
Sesamo’s olive oils with fruity notes and Italian cheeses blend perfectly with the atmosphere and hand-curated menu. All dishes created by Alajmo are classics yet combined with specialties created exclusively for the Royal Mansour.
Diners at Sesamo can choose from many dishes such as the beef tartare with white truffle and crispy saffron risotto, fried langoustine with lettuce sauce or the signature desert Open sesame, a filled nougat sphere.
