From June 10-June 12 2020 the Mövenpick Hotel Marrakech will host the World Power-to-X Summit. The conference is a first edition gathering for policymakers, industry leaders, research experts, and worldwide innovators. Exporters, importers, and business owners seeking opportunities and collaborations in Morocco’s green economy are highly encouraged to attend.
The two-day conference will present exhibitors, workshops, and seminars that focus on the production of renewable electricity, green molecules and feedstock, CO2 recycling, and utilizations. The program is rooted in the belief that further investment in these industries and practices are necessary for the world to achieve a green energy transition towards zero-emitting economies.
The World Power To X Summit is organized by IRESEN- Institut de Recherche en Energie Solaire et Energies Nouvelles. Founded in 2011, IRSEN was created to bring R&D in applied sciences to the national level, develop innovation, encourage networking, and reinforce the efficiency of research in the solar and new energy sectors The organization also provides grants to university programs involved in related fields. IRSEN’s mission is to carry out, finance, and pilot Research and Development projects. The center is headquartered in Rabat, Morocco.
