The French Institute in Marrakech will present Ciné Concert Spatial T60 on October 14, 2019, at 7 p.m, a time travel experience for the entire family. Upon arrival, attendees will be invited to look into powerful binoculars and a telescope to elicit the feeling of space and time travel. The event will proceed with a film with assembled images from NASA and the works of videographer Jérémy Samoyault, and La Cie des Musiques Télescopiques. Behind the showcase is the Telescopic Music Company, an extra-musical research laboratory. Their goal is to telescope activities to create a new artistic material. Since 2011 they have worked with astrophysicists, artistic directors, director, philosophers, and astronomers. Like many other events hosted at the French-Moroccan cultural institution, this project will merge art with communication.
