On January 3, 2020, from 2pm-5pm the Montresso Foundation will arrange a private exhibition of the Future Primitive by the iconic street artist Tilt. The show launched on December 16th, 2019 and will run through January 8th, 2020. The exclusive tour is part of the second edition of Marrakech Art Week, organized by the French Auction House Artcurial. Tilt is a French native who has been involved in the graffiti art scene for over 25 years. Upon discovering his passion for graffiti a teenager, he moved to New York City to live in the Bronx. Tilt progressively refined his graffiti techniques and soon became recognized on the international stage. He specializes in deconstructing objects and bringing them to life, by infusing them with a political message through the use of color and hand lettering.
During the preceding five years, Tilt has been working on the de-contextualizing graffiti and encouraging audiences globally to have a new appreciation for the city streets.
